Frequently Asked Questions
What led you to become a Pilates Instructor?
For those who know me, I've always been one to fall in love with exercise classes; from yoga, to spin, to ballet barre, to circuit training, to dance cardio. I've been an avid exercise class attendee for 8 years now. But, Pilates is one like no other. It facilitates proper alignment so you can better do any other activity, even if it's simply walking from your house to your car or having better posture at the dinner table. Pilates is for everyone. Pilates will balance your body and teach you to move through your core using correct movement patterns, this will greatly improve your performance, muscle tone, and decrease your risk of injury.

Why did you choose to get your health coaching certificate?
It really started for me when I worked for Los Angeles's leading cold pressed juice company called Pressed Juicery. I became obsessed with every leafy green vegetable and learning all the health benefits of juicing. I then moved to Aspen, Colorado, also known as, the city of well-being. There I met so many happy and healthy Individuals in the community where I gratefully discovered The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Without hesitation I signed up for their Health Coach Training Program, where I gained world class Health Coaching knowledge.
