About The Event
A month long Mindfulness Challenge. This challenge is intended to support you in actualizing your dream to live an abundantly more conscious, caring, and mindful life. It's about being mindful in ALL that you do - with a commitment to mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and nutrition. Practicing mindfulness will create emotional equilibrium, promote mental alertness, expand consciousness, and much more.
The Mindfulness Challenge includes 8 Live-Stream Zoom classes of movement, meditation and motivation! $84 for the whole month!
You will receive all class and workshop recordings with unlimited access to replay and do on your own if you miss it. AND you will receive weekly check-ins, accountability + encouragement from Randi Graves each week.
October's Live-Stream Zoom Class Schedule:
- Tuesday's 4:30pm pst - Pilates Candlelight (40-minute Mat Pilates + 15-minute Meditation)
- Thursday's at 9am pst - Pilates + Morning Meditation (40-minute Mat Pilates + 15-minute Meditation)
