  • Wellness Mastermind Group: Monday, Jan 4th 8am MST + Friday, Jan 29th 8am MST.
  • Every Monday + Wednesday @ 5pm MST: 45 mins Mat Pilates + 10 mins Meditation.
  • Every Tuesday + Thursday @ 8am MST: 45 mins Mat Pilates + 10 mins Meditation.

You will receive all class and workshop recordings with unlimited access to replay and do on your own if you miss it.  AND you will receive weekly check-ins, accountability + encouragement from Randi Graves each week.

This challenge is intended to support you in living an abundantly more conscious and mindful life.  It's about being mindful in ALL that you do - with a commitment to mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and nutrition. Practicing mindfulness will create emotional equilibrium, promote mental alertness, expand consciousness, and much more.
