December 2020 FREE Workout Challenge is Pilates + Meditaion
Tuesday, December 1st - Saturday, December 5th @ 8am MT
You will receive all class and workshop recordings with unlimited access to replay and do on your own if you miss it. AND you will receive weekly check-ins, accountability + encouragement from Randi Graves each week.

This FREE workout challenge is intended to support you in a 5 day workout commitement to start off the Holiday month. It's about being mindful in ALL that you do - with a commitment to mindful movement and meditation. Practicing mindfulness will create emotional equilibrium, promote mental alertness, expand consciousness, and much more.
