A month long Mindfulness Challenge.
This challenge is intended to support you in actualizing your dream to live an abundantly more conscious and mindful life. It's about being mindful in ALL that you do - with a commitment to mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and nutrition.
Practicing mindfulness will create emotional equilibrium, promote mental alertness, expand consciousness, and much more.
The month-long Mindfulness Challenge includes 10 Live-Stream Zoom classes of movement, meditation and motivation! $84 for the whole month ~ $8 a class + includes a complimentary one-on-one health coaching session ($250 value)!

Every Tuesday at 4:30pm pst - Pilates Candlelight (40-minute Mat Pilates + 15-minute Meditation)
Every Thursday at 9am pst - Pilates + Morning Meditation (40-minute Mat Pilates + 15-minute Meditation)
2 Mindfulness Workshops: Tuesday August 4th at 4pm pst & Monday August 31st at 12:30pm pst.
